We are seeking a FX Dealer with proven dealing, trading, and client portfolio management experience. This role is responsible for managing a significant and active portfolio of corporate and SME clients, with ownership over relationship management, deal execution, pricing, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will take responsibility for trading account setup, day to day FX execution, client coverage, and the expansion of wallet share through hedging, payments, lending, and cash management solutions. This is a senior, client facing role requiring strong commercial judgment, technical FX expertise, and the ability to build trusted long term relationships. Key Responsibilities • Manage an active portfolio of corporate and SME clients, executing FX transactions via recorded phone lines and email in line with regulatory requirements
• Take ownership of trading account setup, client onboarding support, and ongoing relationship management
• Execute a range of products including spot FX, forwards, hedging solutions, payments, lending, and cash management
• Respond promptly and professionally to client trade requests and inquiries
• Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships through regular contact, client meetings, and structured reviews
• Confidently present ideas, proposals, market updates, and solutions to clients
• Deeply understand clients’ business environments, strategies, and industries to deliver relevant and practical FX solutions
• Originate new business through referrals, networking with existing clients, and expansion within existing portfolios
• Deliver against defined KPIs including repeat and new business revenue, client retention, and increased wallet share
• Reduce client churn through proactive engagement and solution led coverage
• Monitor FX markets, economic developments, and industry trends impacting client exposures
• Apply market insight to client conversations, identifying risks and opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor capabilities, pricing approaches, and service models
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support business origination and transition of new clients
• Provide feedback to technology and product teams to support platform and product development
• Maintain accurate client records and trade documentation in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ensure all trading activity, client communication, and record keeping meet internal and regulatory standards Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 years of FX dealing experience, or financial markets including knowledge of spot, forwards, and or derivatives
• Strong financial services experience in FX dealing, sales, or client relationship management
• Experience working within an established FX institution, payments provider, or commercial bank
• Solid understanding of FX products, hedging solutions, payments, and risk management practices
• Sophisticated technical ability including statistical and fundamental analysis and applied risk management
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Strong understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 CAD, with the final offer determined by factors such as experience, role related knowledge, skills, and work location. Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to sales strategy and broader business development initiatives
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect global events to client impact
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently and consistently exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• Fluency in English is required for all internal and external communication

This is a full time remote Administrative Assistant position supporting client onboarding, executive scheduling, and day to day administrative operations. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating onboarding workflows, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth internal and external operations. This role is client facing and operationally critical. You will support executives with scheduling and correspondence, manage phone and email communications, organize meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure no onboarding task or client inquiry is missed or delayed. Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding and Communication
• Follow up with clients to collect required documentation and ensure onboarding requirements are met
• Schedule onboarding calls and guide clients through next steps
• Communicate with clients via phone and email using a professional, friendly, and confident tone

Internal Coordination and Administrative Support
